Let's lay down some ground rules.
Getting Started
1. Fill the ice shot molds with water and freeze the day prior to playing.
2. We recommend leaving the ice shots in the freezer until game play. Ready to head out? Store your ice shots in the provided cooler.
3. Assemble the pole and secure the stake into the ground. Double check that the area is safe, ya know, to throw ice shots. The ground should be soft but not wet.
4. Hang the bell from the hook or another outdoor surface i.e. banister or fence.
5. Take a test shot (a regular ice cube will do the trick).
RULES
Adults: Toss from 8-12 paces from the bell
Kids: Toss 5 paces from the bell
Shoot Your Shot is played in rounds. Each player gets a chance to take a shot and hit the bell. hit the bell earn a point, the first one to three points wins.
Have a tie? Each player gets the chance to throw an ice shot until the next person scores.
Want to play in teams? Same rules go, but the first team to three wins.
SAFETY FIRST
By opening this package you accept the following: Shoot Your Shot does not encourage or condone underage or excessive drinking and can be played with any type of safe drinking liquid. Shoot Your Shot is not responsible for any injuries incurred during the game. Shoot Your Shot should be played in a space that allows for adequate throwing range, and should only be played with the ice shots provided by the game. Only play with the ice shots created from the provided ice shot molds, and never play with real shot glasses of any kind. As this could cause serious harm. Stay clear of the bell stand when others are throwing the ice shots as someone could get hit with an ice shot while others are playing. Do not play the game near anything breakable, windows, etc. Do not use the bell stand in any other way than intended for the game, which is solely to be placed in the ground. The stakes are sharp and could hurt someone. Do not allow children to play with the game as there are sharp stakes, and they could also fit in the bag, causing suffocation...Most importantly, have fun... and SHOOT YOUR SHOT.
